Day 4 :
Nationalities Village & Tea culture Went to the Nationalities Village first .
Reached & we got to watch a wonderful performance by different ethlic groups .
Little did i know , Aaron was asked to join in the performance . One of the guy gave him something & asked him whether if he have anything to wish us & He say " hope we enjoy our day here " , everyone laughed , by the way it' s like among the tourist, that guy chosed Aaron , a Singaporean , makes Singapore proud , HAHA !
First we went in & had a look of different ethlic group' s houses .
One that gave me the deepest impression was the Hgang Nationality .
They gave us performance by Singing , Hair dance & asked some of our student up to dance .
One of the lady says that girls who are black in their nationality is considered pretty , so her nickname was 黑珍珠 while one of the guy is named 黑马王子 . 黑马王子's singing is nice , strong , power !
But i ( Alicia ) think , most of them prefers the Mongolian Nationality cause they got to play games over there at the games stall . One of the hottest pick game was the throwing of sand bags at the cans . Almost everyone get some prize in the end , either a unique umbrella or a pouch . But the teachers were more attracted to the archery . Though we had archery lessons before but Mongolian's Archery is far difficult to learn . Many of them dint get prizes because their arrow is either shoot up or down but not the circle .
Got to move on , Some of us went to the Buddhism Temple & pray
Finally it' s LUNCH time but it was delayed because most of them wanted to buy some souveneirs over there . But a few of us including me wasnt interested so we went to take pictures with the teachers !
HAHA ! Mr Wee & Mr Kahar love to take jumpshost , thats why some of us called them JumpingJacks !
We had Lunch at Changsheng Restuarant while the Muslims had it at Aladin .
The dishes there were fantastically nice , & i love it very much :D
After that , we went for Tea Culture .
Reached & the ladies over ther welcomed us & brought us to a showroom . The first drink they served us was the Sleeping beauty . It tasted sweeet .& we had Puer tea too . As for me , it tasted bittterr .
Some of us had hand-on experience on the puer tea . Luckily , i'm one of them that were able to had this experience . But the Puer Tea we do cost 200 renmingbi . I think that is very costly thus i did not buy it . But overall , i bought 3 cans of tea; Sleeping Beauty , 2 Puer .
Had a long ride back to Kunming ,
Had Dinner at KFC for the chinese while the Muslims had it at Islamic .
